The Briarfields offers the ideal centre from which to discover Norfolk and its beautiful countryside, being sited in Titchwell near Hunstanton on the Norfolk coast. Located in an area rich in wildlife, historical buildings and picturesque villages, the Royal estate of Sandringham is just a few miles away and the birthplace of Admiral Lord Nelson at Burnham Thorpe is nearby.

The hotel overlooks the sea and Titchwell RSPB Reserve, with many quiet, sandy beaches close by. For golf enthusiasts, Briarfields is a short distance from the Royal West Norfolk course at Brancaster and the Links at Hunstanton. Fishermen can visit the famous trout lakes at Narborough.

The cathedral cities of Norwich, Cambridge and Ely are within easy reach, as is the shrine of Walsingham just a few miles away. The market towns of Hunstanton, Fakenham and King’s Lynn, all within a 30 minute drive are well worth a visit.

For nature lovers, the RSPB Titchwell Marsh Nature Reserve, which is within easy walking distance of the Briarfields, aside, there are many places of interest nearby. Holme is only three miles down the road and Snettisham RSPB Reserve is just seven miles away. The National Nature Reserve at Holkham, Blakeney Point and Cley Reserve offer the opportunity to see wildlife in its natural habitat. From Brancaster Staithe, you can even catch a ferry to Scolt Head Island.
